Held at Sheraton Manila Bay, the campaign brought together a strong pool of Filipino talent and top-tier employers committed to building a world-class workforce.

The campaign ran for five productive days, where Rensol and other participating agencies welcomed over 100 applicants vying for leadership roles in the food and beverage industry. Open positions included Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and Assistant Restaurant Managers—critical roles that demand strong communication, operational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

The event was graced by esteemed representatives from Almawarid and Kudu, including:

  • Mr. Emad Saleem, VP of Operations
  • Mr. Ahmed Al Malki, Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Mr. Majed Alharbi, Recruitment Operations Manager
  • Mr. Fares Alwgait, Head of Account Management
  • Mr. Jomel Pig-ao, Service Management Specialist

Their presence underscored the deepening relationship between Rensol and Almawarid, built on transparency, ethical recruitment practices, and a shared goal of providing meaningful overseas employment for Filipino workers.

This campaign served not only as a job opportunity but also as a platform to highlight Filipino workers’ skills, work ethic, and global readiness. It also reflects Rensol’s ongoing commitment to bridging Filipino talent with the world’s top employers.

To all applicants who participated—thank you for your trust. Your dedication and enthusiasm truly defined the success of this campaign. And to Almawarid and Kudu—we are grateful for the continued partnership and confidence you’ve placed in Rensol Recruitment.

As we look forward to more international campaigns, Rensol remains firm in its mission: connecting people, transforming lives.

In partnership with EventLab and Al Mawarid, our team recently wrapped up a 3-day face-to-face interview caravan across Siargao, Cebu, and Marikina, bringing international job opportunities directly to the shores and cities of the Philippines. This special recruitment event focused on unique roles such as lifeguards, canyoneering guides, surfers, and divers — a call for adventure-ready professionals who are skilled, passionate, and ready for global deployment.

In Marikina, jobseekers from the metro and nearby provinces took their shot at overseas careers. Many of them were trained lifeguards, swimming instructors, and adventure guides with strong certifications and field experience. The city’s setup provided a structured venue for applicants to go through interviews, orientations, and initial screenings.

Highlight:
The energy was fast-paced and highly organized — showing that even in a city setting, outdoor and aquatic professionals are thriving.

Cebu’s strategic location in the Visayas made it the perfect hub for applicants from neighboring provinces. With a strong background in tourism and water safety, the applicants here included seasoned canyoneering guides, experienced lifeguards, and divers with certifications from top institutions.

Highlight:
Employers were impressed by both the volume and quality of candidates — with several shortlisted on the spot.

Siargao’s turnout was proof that world-class talent exists in the islands. Surf instructors, resort lifeguards, and divers lined up to meet employers face-to-face — many for the first time. Despite the laid-back island atmosphere, applicants showed sharp professionalism and strong readiness to work abroad.

Highlight:
For many, the idea of working overseas felt out of reach — until this event brought the opportunity right to their shores.

In just three days, we reached hundreds of applicants across the country. More than just job interviews, these events served as a bridge — linking dreams with direction and passion with purpose.

This is the future of recruitment: fast, fair, and within reach.

As global workforce trends continue to evolve, Australia has emerged as a country of interest for international recruitment. With its aging population, infrastructure investments, and strong demand for skilled labor, Australia presents potential opportunities in a variety of sectors.

At Rensol Recruitment, we continue to monitor developments in international labor markets—and Australia is one we are closely exploring.

Understanding Australia’s Labor Landscape

Australia maintains a skill-based immigration system that welcomes qualified foreign workers in response to labor shortages across various sectors. Recent trends have shown consistent demand in industries such as:

  • Healthcare and Aged Care
  • Skilled Trades and Technical Work
  • Construction and Engineering
  • Hospitality and Culinary Arts

These sectors have been part of the country’s long-term workforce planning, aiming to address both regional and national gaps.

Rensol’s Approach

As we explore potential partnerships and emerging needs in the Australian labor market, our focus remains on aligning with:

  • Legal and ethical recruitment standards
  • Employer requirements grounded in transparency and compliance
  • Opportunities that prioritize worker protection and well-being

We continue to take a proactive yet measured approach—studying policy shifts, visa pathways, and employer readiness to engage with international talent, especially from the Philippines.

Next Steps

While there are no specific deployments underway, our team is laying the groundwork for possible future engagement in the Australian market. This includes:

  • Conducting labor market assessments
  • Establishing dialogue with accredited Australian employers
  • Evaluating qualifications and skills compatibility of Filipino talent
  • Reviewing immigration and labor policies to ensure compliance

A Thoughtful Outlook

Australia may present new opportunities in the future, but any recruitment efforts must be based on readiness, ethical alignment, and long-term value for both employers and workers.

At Rensol Recruitment, we remain committed to responsible expansion—guided by research, regulation, and respect for every worker’s journey.

In today’s competitive global job market, having the right certifications can give you an edge over other candidates—especially when applying for opportunities overseas. Employers are not just looking for experience; they want proof of skill, reliability, and readiness. That’s where certifications come in.

Whether you’re in healthcare, construction, engineering, or the service industry, here are the top certifications that can significantly boost your chances of working abroad:

1. TESDA National Certificate (NC I–IV) – Philippines

For skilled workers, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) offers National Certificates (NCs) recognized locally and abroad. Jobs in fields like welding, caregiving, electrical installation, and food service often require an NC to meet international standards.

Why It Matters: Many foreign employers specifically request workers with TESDA certifications due to its credibility and structured training.

2. IELTS or TOEFL – English Language Proficiency

For roles in English-speaking countries, passing the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is often required. This is especially true for healthcare workers, teachers, and hospitality staff.

Why It Matters: Language proficiency is essential in workplaces where clear communication can impact safety, efficiency, and customer service.

3. NCLEX (for Nurses)

The NCLEX-RN (for registered nurses) or NCLEX-PN (for practical nurses) is a must for those pursuing a nursing career in the U.S. and Canada. Passing this exam is one of the biggest steps to securing work abroad in the healthcare field.

Why It Matters: The NCLEX shows that a nurse meets the high standards of North American healthcare systems.

4. Red Cross Certification (CPR, First Aid, BLS)

For caregivers, health workers, and even construction professionals, having valid CPR, First Aid, or Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications can make you a more attractive candidate.

Why It Matters: Some employers require this as a safety standard—especially in roles involving care, education, or physical labor.

5. OSHA or NEBOSH (Safety Certifications)

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the UK-based NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) are internationally respected. These are highly valuable for engineers, factory workers, and construction professionals.

Why It Matters: International employers prioritize safety-conscious candidates, especially in hazardous work environments.

6. CompTIA, Cisco, and AWS (for IT Professionals)

For those in IT and networking, certifications like CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner demonstrate high-level tech skills and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Why It Matters: The tech field moves fast. Certifications help validate your skills to employers in Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

7. Food Safety and HACCP Certifications

For chefs, kitchen staff, and food handlers applying abroad, having certifications in food hygiene and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a big plus.

Why It Matters: Many countries have strict food safety standards, and having this certification signals compliance and professionalism.

Final Thoughts

Having the right certifications is more than just a formality—it’s your ticket to better job offers, higher salaries, and successful visa approvals. At Rensol Recruitment, we guide candidates through the process of upskilling and securing the right credentials to meet global standards.
