Leading the Conversation for OFWs’ Future: A Step Toward Streamlined Recruitment and Better Opportunities 🌍🇵🇭

Sir Arnold Mamaclay, President of Rensol Recruitment and PEACEME (Philippine Employment Agencies & Associates for Corporate Employers in the Middle East), joined fellow industry leaders and government representatives in General Membership Meeting, where essential labor and recruitment topics were at the heart of discussion.

The meeting, organized by PEACEME’s Education & Membership Committee, tackled several pressing issues in the overseas employment sector — including deployment policies and restrictions, automated job order verification and coordination, as well as bilateral labor cooperation between the Philippines and Middle Eastern countries. The proposal for a “Middle East Employment Summit” was also highlighted, envisioning a platform where employers, PRAs, and Philippine labor officials can work hand in hand to promote decent, ethical, and sustainable employment opportunities for Filipino workers.

Sir Arnold’s participation underscored his long-standing advocacy for system transparency, collaboration, and the protection of OFWs’ welfare. The dialogue opened opportunities to share insights on how private recruitment agencies and government bodies can better align their processes — ensuring that each step of deployment, from verification to reintegration, serves the best interest of Filipino workers.

As the industry continues to evolve, leaders like Sir Arnold remain committed to streamlining recruitment processes and shaping reforms that prioritize efficiency, fairness, and integrity. These efforts not only aim to strengthen partnerships between the Philippines and host countries but also to secure a better, more dignified future for every Filipino worker abroad.
